Shipping and Returns:
What is the delivery time?
EN: Ordered before 4pm on any working day, delivered tomorrow.
BE: Ordered before 4pm on any working day, delivered within 1-3 working days.
We ship via PostNL and due to the crowds it can sometimes take 1-2 business days longer. If your order still has not arrived, please contact us.

What are the shipping costs?
EN: For orders under €30, the shipping rate is €4.99.
All orders over €30 are shipped for FREE.
BE: For orders under €50, we charge a shipping rate of €7.50.
All orders over €50 are shipped for FREE.
How can I create a return?
Of course we understand if you want to return a product. Please note that this must be done within 14 days of receipt. The returned products may not be opened for hygienic reasons.

Then follow these steps:
- Enter your barcode (PostNL Track & Trace code).
- Enter your zip code.
- Create a return label.
- Make sure all products are back in the box.
- Close the box properly and stick the return label on the box
- Take the box to a PostNL point
- As soon as we have received and checked the order again, the money will be refunded.

Have the products been tested?
All products have been tested multiple times both internally and externally. In addition, the products are approved by ISO 22716:2007 , the international standard for Good Manufacturing Practices for cosmetics.
The Products are also fully tested for eco-friendliness by the international COSMOS standard by ECOCERT Greenlife.
